Job Description
Description We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to support marketing communications initiatives for a healthcare-focused brand team in Newark, Delaware. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has experience in pharmaceutical or medical device communications, and who can contribute to educational campaigns, customer-facing programs, and event-driven marketing efforts in a fast-moving environment. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand visibility, support audience engagement, and help deliver high-quality communication materials.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing communication activities that align with brand objectives and customer engagement goals.
- Help develop educational content and communication materials for healthcare audiences across digital and live channels.
- Coordinate customer development initiatives, including support for meetings, events, and congress-related activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects move forward on time and meet quality expectations.
- Assist with promotional messaging, content reviews, and campaign updates while maintaining consistency with brand standards.
- Contribute to event strategy and logistics for customer-facing programs, including materials preparation and follow-up activities.
- Track project milestones, manage deliverables, and help keep multiple workstreams organized in a fast-paced setting. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Background in brand support, public relations, agency environments, or related marketing communication functions.
- Experience creating or supporting educational and customer-focused content initiatives.
- Ability to contribute to conference, event, or congress-related planning and execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with approximately 10% travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
