Join us as Director, Marketing in Wilmington for the New CVRM Franchise , where you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives. This role is responsible for building and leading the definition, design, execution, and measurement of a New CVRM Franchise launch HCP and consumer strategy. You will work across multiple disciplines and partner effectively with key stakeholders including Sales, Commercial Operation, and Market Access teams to drive performance in the therapeutic arena. This position is based in Wilmington. Please note - Relocation assistance is not available for this. Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and pre-launch marketing activities for the newest CVRM asset including but not limited to market shaping activities, brand positioning, Key External Expert (KEE) engagement, disease state awareness campaign and activities, launch readiness reviews, forecasting and resourcing assumptions, and more Responsible for leading the creation of an integrated channel marketing strategy for the disease state and brand Objectively analyze and commercially evaluate the newest brand asset considering the product profile, competitive positioning, unmet need, pricing and market access, etc. Lead the cross-functional Brand Working Group to progress key milestones and projects and ensure stakeholder alignment Produce detailed strategic and operational commercial plans that address positioning and messaging Collaborate and pull through the strategic direction, design, execution and measurement of all marketing strategies, tactics and activities to deliver product objectives. Responsible for collaborating and driving the following key work: marketing strategies (BSP), brand positioning, core messaging and campaign, new markets/channel development, sales integration, sales execution and ROI analysis. Manage marketing relationships with agencies, vendor partners, consultants, and other third-party groups Collaborate with Insights and Analytics team to identify and drive actionable insights, and performance trends. Build and maintain external and internal networks of disease area experts Support the design and implementation of launch/life cycle management plans that are responsive to patient needs, whether explicit or latent. Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure future promotional planning is consistent with legal/regulatory compliance. Create sustainable, long-term relationships with thought leader advocates and customer advocacy groups Desirable Requirements, Skills and Capabilities Bachelor's Degree; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences 8 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience 5 years of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Promotions experience Experience leading brand strategy and executing against it Ability to assess and drive results with proven track record of consistent achievement or overachievement delivering strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area Experience in leveraging AI in the development/creation of marketing strategies and assets Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential Strong communication, presentation skills.
