We're partnering with a well-established, mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization seeking a Director of Strategy Implementation to help shape and execute its next phase of growth and impact. This is a highly visible role working closely with executive leadership, medical leadership, and the Board of Directors to develop and drive a multi-year strategic plan. The Director will serve as a key connector across the organization-translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, creating accountability, and ensuring teams remain aligned around shared goals. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of a purpose-driven healthcare nonprofit . You'll work alongside senior leadership and the Board, have visibility across the organization, and play an integral role in moving strategic priorities from concept to measurable results. What You'll Do Help develop and execute the organization's 3-5-year strategic plan Partner with Board and executive leadership on strategic priorities and organizational goals Lead strategic initiatives from planning through implementation Build implementation frameworks, timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify opportunities Monitor progress and provide recommendations when initiatives need adjustment Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement Support change management, communication, and training strategies Provide ongoing reporting and insights to executive and Board leadership Conduct post-implementation reviews to strengthen future strategic planning What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field; Master's preferred Experience in healthcare, strategic management, project management, and/or change management Demonstrated success managing multiple complex initiatives and deadlines Strong understanding of strategy development and mission-driven organizations Ability to translate complex strategic concepts into clear, actionable plans Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Experience developing and utilizing KPIs and performance metrics Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills Proficiency with project management methodologies and Microsoft 365 Ability to travel as needed If you're energized by strategy, implementation, organizational transformation, and mission-driven work , we'd love to hear from you. ????tschorsch@mastaffing.com
