Our client is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own, architect, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing customer acquisition conversions, lead nurturing, post-purchase onboarding, retention, and long-term customer lifetime value (LTV). The company operates at the intersection of consumer technology, medical aesthetics, and e-commerce. You will design automated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, and in-platform messaging) that educate buyers on hair health, reinforce clinical device compliance, and build deep brand loyalty.

Compensation and Benefits:

Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Journey Strategy:

Map, build, and continuously optimize the customer lifecycle-spanning lead generation, pre-purchase education, high-consideration medical device conversion, onboarding, retention, and win-back campaigns.

Automation & Campaign Execution:

Architect scalable automated workflows and triggered campaigns using modern marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Segmentation & Personalization:

Develop behavioral and demographic customer segmentation models tailored to distinct buyer personas (e.g., direct-to-consumer online buyers vs. clinic/physician-referred patients). Implement AI-enabled personalization elements where applicable.

Conversion & Compliance Optimization:

Create targeted nurture sequences that address customer hesitations regarding hair restoration technology, outline clinical usage guidelines, and ensure high product adoption and adherence.

Cross-Channel Messaging:

Own the strategy and execution across owned channels, primarily focusing on email and SMS marketing, alongside push or web notifications.

Experimentation & Testing Roadmap:

Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, content structure, offer types, send times, and cadence) to continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with the Product, E-commerce, Customer Experience (CX), and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice, aligned promotional calendars, and smooth handoffs between automated marketing and human-led support.

Analytics & Reporting:

Maintain dashboards tracking lifecycle metrics, including lead-to-conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback, retention velocity, churn recovery, and overall customer lifetime value (LTV).

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience owning CRM, growth, or lifecycle marketing in a B2C or high-growth e-commerce/health-tech brand.

Technical Stack Fluency:

Demonstrated, deep experience operating email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar Enterprise ESPs). Familiarity with Salesforce integrations is a strong plus.

Data-Driven Mindset:

Strong analytical toolkit-capable of translating complex cohort, engagement, and conversion data into actionable marketing strategies. Working knowledge of basic SQL or advanced Excel is preferred.

Creative and Copywriting Instincts:

Strong baseline design and copy instincts, with the ability to write compelling, empathetic, and conversion-oriented lifecycle copy. Experience utilizing design tools like Canva or Figma is helpful.

Test-and-Learn Culture:

Proven track record of designing structured testing frameworks that measurably scale revenue and engagement.
