full-time Responsible for connecting Marketing and Sales to develop and execute Go-To Market strategies that drive brand growth, sell-in and sell-out across U.S. channels.
Key Responsabilities:
Develop annual trade marketing plans channel-specific programs. Coordinate product launches, retailer activations, demos, trade shows, and BTL initiatives. Create sales tools, catalogs, presentations, fact sheets, and POP materials. Manage the tarde marketing budget, inventory, vendors, timelines, and project ROI. Partner with Sales, Marketing, key accounts, brokers, and external agencies. Analyze program performance, market trends, and retailer opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Bussiness, or related field. 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, brand managment, or sales, preferably within CPG. Strong project management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Spanish is a plus.
