Job Description
Job Summary We are a growing restaurant group looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager who is always on the road building our business. This is NOT a desk job. If you're someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, visiting businesses, and creating opportunities that drive sales, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do You will spend most of your time in the field, building relationships and increasing sales across multiple restaurant locations. esponsibilities Visit businesses, schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, churches, apartment communities, and local organizations daily to generate new business. Develop catering accounts and corporate partnerships. Build relationships with local influencers, event organizers, and community leaders. Plan and execute local store marketing campaigns. Increase catering and large-order sales. Coordinate grand openings, community events, fundraisers, and promotional activities. Work closely with store managers to increase guest traffic and sales. Manage social media marketing, online promotions, and digital advertising. Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities. Track results and continually improve marketing strategies. What We're Looking For Restaurant marketing or sales experience preferred. Experience in outside sales, business development, or community marketing. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent communication and networking skills. Creative thinker with a passion for growing sales. Organized, energetic, and goal-oriented. Comfortable traveling between multiple restaurant locations every day. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What Success Looks Like Growing restaurant sales.
