$50,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience Position OverviewRolling Waves Brewing & Distillery is seeking a creative and experienced Director of Marketing and Illustrator to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand identity, and create original artwork for our products, events, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will combine marketing leadership with strong illustration and graphic design skills to tell the Rolling Waves story, promote our products and events, and build a strong, engaged community. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the company's overall marketing and branding strategy. Create a consistent and recognizable brand story across Instagram, Facebook, the website, email campaigns, and printed materials. Create original illustrations and artwork for beer labels, merchandise, posters, menus, advertisements, events, and other promotional materials. Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns that reflect the Rolling Waves brand. Plan and manage weekly social media and content calendars. Direct photography, video, reels, graphics, and promotional campaigns. Promote beer releases, live music, festivals, Latin nights, vendor markets, and community events. Manage paid social media advertising and track campaign performance and results. Collaborate with ownership, brewery operations, sales, kitchen staff, performers, and outside partners. Build relationships and partnerships with local businesses, hotels, apartment communities, tourism organizations, influencers, and other community partners. Ensure all marketing materials are professional, accurate, on-brand, and published on schedule. Manage outside photographers, content creators, designers, and marketing vendors as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, illustration, graphic design, communications, or a related field preferred. At least three years of experience in marketing, branding, illustration, graphic design, or creative direction. Strong portfolio demonstrating original illustration, graphic design, branding, and successful marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar creative software. Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and digital advertising campaigns. Strong storytelling, communication, organization, and project-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Experience in the brewery, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or lifestyle industries preferred. Photography, video editing, animation, or merchandise-design experience is a plus. Must be available to work occasional evening and weekend events. What We Offer Annual salary of $50,000-$65,000 , based on experience.
