Job Description:
The Director of Corporate Strategy is responsible for shaping the organization's long-term vision, driving growth through differentiated technologies and mission solutions, and ensuring alignment with Department of War (DoW) and international customer security priorities As a member of the Corporate Strategy team, this position plays an important role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, with a strong focus on supporting strategic growth initiatives Skilled in analytical methods, producing fact-based, logical hypothesis and scenarios with well-thought-out conclusions Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including the use of Microsoft-PowerPoint to convey analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and company executives Involved in inorganic investment process, including market and competitor assessments and other related support activitiesEssential Functions:
Strategic Planning:
Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, including goal setting and resource allocation, along with research, analysis and recommendations in support of strategic growthMarket Intelligence:
Monitor DoD acquisition trends, funding pathways (e.g., POM cycles), and competitive landscapes to inform market positioning. Maintains a keen awareness and acumen around disruptive technologies, emerging trends, innovation and competitors to leverage in creation of growth plansCapture & Growth:
Assist segments on complex capture strategies for major programs and identify opportunities for growth through investment, M&A or strategic alliancesCross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with Business Development, Government Relations, Engineering, and Business Strategy to ensure strategic, technology and commercial roadmaps align with mission needs and warfighter requirements. Maintain strong working relationships with key personnel from each business segment/unit while efficiently managing project resourcesExecutive Project Management:
Manages regular and adhoc projects for the Executive team and Board, including strategic Planning, emerging trends and technologies, domestic and international markets, R D, strategic and operational analyses, comparison studies, and other related work productsGrowth Initiatives:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering or other related quantitative field with 10 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 8 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience. Minimume of 10 years of leadership in defense, aerospace, or national security sectorsPreferred Additional Skills:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance Strategy consulting experience- management and/or operational In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $160,500
- $298,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $140,000
- $260,000.
