$70,000 - $100,000 per year Job Description Jackson Memorial Hospital is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Full-Time Marketing Manager to support the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop effective marketing campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, manage marketing projects, and evaluate campaign performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to identify marketing needs. Create and coordinate marketing content for digital, print, email, and other communication channels. Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. Manage project timelines, priorities, budgets, and marketing resources. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when needed. Support digital marketing initiatives, including website, email, and social media campaigns. Conduct market research and monitor marketing and healthcare industry trends. Prepare reports and presentations regarding marketing activities and campaign performance. Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or a related role. Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and campaign development. Experience with digital marketing and marketing analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with marketing platforms, content management systems, or analytics tools is preferred. Healthcare or large organization marketing experience is a plus.
