Canvassing Supervisor If you have team leader or management experience, lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You'll drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth. Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers. Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules. Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
