Join Our Team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL! We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our communications strategy for the updated SDLC. This role is pivotal in crafting engaging, audience-specific content that enhances awareness and understanding across our organization. You'll manage the FPLS AI communications hub, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accessible. Core Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the SDLC communications strategy, audience plan, editorial calendar, and content backlog.
Produce and distribute a biweekly SDLC newsletter.
Draft sponsor messages, executive announcements, and leadership talking points.
Create audience-specific content explaining changes and required actions.
Oversee the information architecture and governance of the FPLS AI communications hub.
Establish publishing, approval, and review standards.
Monitor and analyze content effectiveness and engagement.
Maintain brand, privacy, confidentiality, and accessibility standards.
Support go-live communications and post-launch reinforcement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Four or more years in developing communications for organizational change.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience translating technical information into clear communications.
Advanced graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Ability to manage multiple content deadlines and stakeholder approval cycles.
Preferences
Experience with SDLC, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.
Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Stream, PowerPoint, or Adobe tools.
Experience producing executive video and multimedia content.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive communication standards.
