The Assistant Manager, In-House Marketing plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the marketing team, driving tour production, developing talent, and ensuring a world-class guest experience. This position partners closely with site leadership to execute business strategies, achieve performance goals, and maintain compliance with company standards and procedures. Support the daily operations of the In-House Marketing department to achieve tour flow and business objectives. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of sales-oriented marketing professionals. Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, engagement, recognition, and development. Create and implement strategies to increase tour flow and maximize marketing opportunities throughout the year. Monitor and drive departmental performance metrics, including tour production, penetration rates, and guest satisfaction scores. Deliver exceptional service by resolving owner and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and development plans to improve team effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Partner with resort operations and sales leadership to support site goals and create a seamless guest experience. Analyze business trends and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
