Job Description

Marketing Manager Multi-Location Automotive Organization Full-Time | $65,000

  • 75,000 per year
  • The Opportunity
  • A growing, multi-location automotive organization is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to help coordinate, execute, create, and measure marketing initiatives across multiple locations.

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organization, urgency, and accountability . This is not a position where success is measured simply by how many posts were made, emails were sent, or meetings were attended. We care about execution and results . When an initiative is assigned, we expect it to have a clear plan, owner, deadline, and measurable outcome. When something isn't working, we want someone who recognizes it, communicates it, and helps develop the next course of action. This is a hands-on marketing position. The right candidate should be comfortable getting out from behind the computer to visit locations, take photos and video, capture vehicles and team members, attend events, and turn the shops into compelling marketing content. The right candidate will work closely with our company's leadership while taking ownership of the organization's day-to-day marketing execution.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • You will help manage and execute marketing initiatives across multiple locations, including: Maintain a clear company-wide marketing calendar with deadlines, owners, and launch dates Coordinate campaigns from initial concept through execution Follow-up on campaigns to ensure success Manage email and SMS/text marketing campaigns Coordinate social media strategy and content Create original photo, video, and social media content Regularly visit company locations to capture vehicles, repairs, team members, events, and day-to-day operations Take high-quality photos and videos for use across social media, websites, advertising, email, and other marketing channels Assist with short-form video creation, including Reels, Shorts, and similar social content Perform basic photo and video editing and prepare content for publication Identify opportunities within the stores to create interesting and engaging automotive content Manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer reactivation initiatives Monitor Google Business Profiles, reviews, and local search presence Coordinate and attend community events, automotive events, sponsorships, and local partnerships Work directly with outside agencies, vendors, and marketing partners Hold vendors accountable for agreed-upon deliverables and deadlines Ensure assigned marketing projects don't stall or fall through the cracks Assist with website updates, landing pages, promotional materials, and digital campaigns Monitor paid advertising, SEO, social media, and other digital initiatives Track lead volume, phone calls, appointments, customer acquisition and retention, and other key marketing metrics Analyze marketing performance by location Identify areas where marketing dollars are (and are not) producing results Assist with marketing plans and launches for new locations Provide clear weekly and monthly updates to company leadership•Accountability Is a Major Part of This Role•We operate in a fast-paced environment, and follow-through matters .

We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be repeatedly reminded about projects, deadlines, or outstanding deliverables. If you own something, we expect you to own it from beginning to end . That means setting and meeting deadlines, following up without being asked, keeping leadership informed, identifying roadblocks early, holding outside partners accountable, confirming initiatives actually launched as planned, measuring results after launch, and taking responsibility when something doesn't go according to plan. We also expect you to bring potential solutions, not simply identify problems. We understand that not every marketing campaign will succeed. Missing a target and learning from it is very different from failing to execute the plan.

  • What We're Looking For
  • The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-4 years of marketing experience and be ready to take on greater responsibility.

We're particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate: Exceptional organization and follow-through Strong personal accountability Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication Experience creating social media content Photography and videography skills Basic photo and video editing capabilities Experience with platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and similar creative tools Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form video Experience with email and SMS marketing Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Business Profiles Experience working with data, KPIs, and marketing performance reports Experience managing vendors or outside agencies Ability to work independently without constant supervision A strong sense of urgency Willingness to ask questions when something isn't clear Ability to accept feedback and adjust quickly A genuine desire to grow into greater responsibility Automotive Background or Interest Strongly Preferred Candidates with previous experience working within the automotive industry, automotive aftermarket, repair industry, dealerships, automotive media, motorsports, enthusiast communities, or automotive content creation will receive strong consideration.

  • How We Measure Success
  • Marketing should ultimately contribute to business growth.

While individual campaigns will have different objectives, this position will be expected to help track and improve: Qualified leads Appointment generation Customer acquisition Car count Marketing cost efficiency Campaign performance Customer retention and reactivation Online reputation and review growth Social media reach and engagement Consistent production of quality photo and video content Project completion and on-time execution Just as importantly, we'll evaluate how reliably initiatives move from idea → plan → launch → measurement.

  • Compensation & Growth
  • $65,000
  • 75,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.

This position has significant room for advancement. We're looking for someone who can initially succeed as a Junior Marketing Manager and, through demonstrated performance and increased responsibility, grow into a Marketing Manager and eventually a senior marketing leadership role . As the organization grows, we want this person to grow with it.

  • Who Will Thrive Here
  • You'll likely enjoy this position if you're someone who likes having responsibility, enjoys seeing projects through to completion, wants measurable goals, enjoys creating content, and takes pride in being someone others can depend on.

You'll be especially well suited for the position if you're the kind of person who notices the interesting car in the parking lot, wants to know what's been done to it, and immediately starts thinking about how to turn it into great content. If you need constant reminders, struggle with deadlines, or prefer an environment where marketing activity matters more than measurable execution, this probably won't be the right fit . If you're organized, accountable, creative, competitive, interested in cars, willing to learn, and want the opportunity to make a measurable impact inside a growing organization, we'd like to hear from you.
