WITH EXPERIENCE
) The position is open to all applicants that meet the minimum qualifications below. The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Digital Content Specialist to support digital communications and social media efforts for its Office of Workforce Development/WorkSource Georgia. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, early‑career professionals, interns, or career switchers looking to grow their skills in digital content, social media, and public‑sector communications. You'll work closely with a collaborative communications team while supporting statewide workforce initiatives that make a real impact. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and interested in digital communications. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with conceptualizing, planning, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms
- Help update and maintain website content and digital materials
- Track basic website and social media metrics and help prepare reports
- Support digital marketing and outreach campaigns
- Create and update online forms and digital assets
- Collaborate with internal staff, local partners, and vendors
- Provide general technical and digital communications support
- Assist with projects, events, and presentations as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to social media management, web content, or email marketing
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, social media schedulers, email platforms, or basic analytics
- Interest in user experience (UX), design, or digital storytelling (Training will be provided on job‑specific systems and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree
