We're currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead high-volume leasing and marketing efforts at a downtown Atlanta high-rise student housing community. This is a great step-up opportunity for a tenured student-housing leasing professional who's ready to take ownership of leasing performance, outreach, and reputation in a competitive, new-build-heavy submarket. Leasing season is underway, preleasing momentum is in place, and the team is rebuilding for long-term stability, making this a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Own day-to-day leasing performance, including lead management, tours, applications, and follow-up Execute marketing and outreach efforts to drive traffic, leases, and renewals throughout the leasing cycle Support online reputation and resident experience initiatives to strengthen market positioning Track leasing activity and results, helping maintain momentum as leasing accelerates into late spring Help coach and elevate leasing standards across the onsite team through strong sales execution and accountability Qualifications Student housing leasing experience is required Proven ability to lease at high volume in a competitive market Strong marketing instincts, including outreach, events, and local partnership building Confident communicator with an energetic, resident-facing style and strong multitasking ability Interest in stepping into a manager-level role with ownership of leasing and marketing outcomes Perks Total compensation range of approximately $50,000 to $56,000 (base plus bonus potential), with top-end base pay around $26/hour plus bonus opportunity Fast, responsive hiring process with quick turnaround on interviews High-visibility role in one of the Southeast's most active student housing markets Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO Work for a nationwide company that can offer growth and stability
