In this role, you'll own launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and product readiness to drive adoption with dealers, OEMs, and partners. You'll shape value propositions, enable sales, build training and support plans, and measure launch performance. Responsibilities Lead go-to-market planning for new telecommunications and media products across Cox Automotive brands Coordinate cross-functional commercialization activities with product, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success Develop product readiness plans, including launch timelines, training, enablement materials, and support processes Define value propositions, positioning, and key messages for target dealer and OEM segments Assess market, competitive, and customer insights to inform launch strategy and adoption plans Create and track KPIs for launch performance, adoption, and revenue impact; recommend optimizations Ensure internal teams are operationally ready with processes, SLAs, and tools prior to launch Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk mitigation for product launches Support pricing and packaging recommendations in partnership with product and finance Continuously improve commercialization frameworks, playbooks, and best practices Required Skills Go-to-market strategy Product commercialization Product marketing Project/program management Telecommunications and media domain knowledge Market and competitive analysis Sales enablement and training development Data-driven performance measurement and KPIs Cross-functional stakeholder management Pricing and packaging support
