Marketing Manager - AI Optimization CorTech - 3.1 Duluth, GA Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Website traffic metrics analysis Bachelor's degree Metadata Content strategy alignment Full Job Description Position Overview; We are seeking an Omnichannel Content AI Optimization Manager to own the execution of omnichannel content across leading US retail partners, including Walmart, Costco, Sams Club, and Target. You will ensure our pet products feature compelling, compliant content both online and in-store. You will also build foundational strategies to grow three core audiences: consumers, search engines, and emerging agentic AI platforms. Working within the Retail Marketing Team, you will establish the foundation for AI discoverability while advancing existing efforts in traditional SEO, social media, and digital content ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities Retail Content:
Deploy brand content assets (imagery, on-site banners, copy) to key omnichannel customer sites.
Agentic AI Optimization:
Own the creation and syndication of machine-readable content to drive AI search readiness.
Social Media:
Build social media calendars in collaboration with internal marketing teams.
Digital Content:
Liaise internally regarding external articles (e.g., PetMD, Business Insider) and retailer-agnostic pieces or Sales Force materials.
Internal Liaison:
Partner with omnichannel teams, including web ecosystems and digital experiences.
Agency Collaboration:
Manage external creative agencies while maintaining hands-on baseline knowledge of website HTML and design structure.
Qualifications Skills Experience:
57 years of content strategy and management experience (CPG experience preferred); required background in retail with a large-to-mid-sized corporate customer.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and website development/HTML concepts (crawling, indexation, robots.txt, sitemaps, structured data, semantic HTML, metadata tags). No coding required, but must understand strategic importance.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or relevant field preferred). Project Management certification is a plus.
Core Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal diplomacy, superior presentation skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Travel:
Limited occasional travel required, including potential overnight stays.
