Role Summary The Regional Marketing Manager - North America will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support regional growth initiatives across North America. Based at Camlin's Norcross, Atlanta office, this role will be accountable to support the North American leadership team and collaborates with the global marketing organization to deliver regionally focused brand, product/solution, and market-segment focused marketing initiatives that support commercial goals and objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who is also highly execution-oriented with proven experience delivering high-impact marketing programs n B2B technical industries. Success in this role requires a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a strategically important role for North America and is well suited for an ambitious, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a broad, hands-on set of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Regional Marketing Planning - Strategy & Execution Working with the North American leadership team to develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global marketing objectives and regional sales priorities. Localize global campaigns, messaging, and value proposition to address regional market needs. In addition, envision, plan, and execute regional campaigns aligned with North American sales goals and objectives across digital, social, and physical channels. Expand awareness and accelerate adoption of Camlin's products and solutions across existing and evolving markets served: electric utility generation, transmission and distribution; renewable energy; data centers; and industrial customers. 2. Content, Communications & Brand Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling, differentiated value propositions for key stakeholders. Support the creation of effective, localized marketing content, including brochures, case studies, presentations, proposals, social posts, and digital assets for both internal and external use. Collaborate with North American leadership and global product marketing to support the delivery of thought leadership content across solutions and across markets served including: Go-to-market strategies (new and existing solutions); Competitive positioning and value-based messaging; and Sales / commercial enablement 3. Demand & Lead Generation Partner closely with regional sales leadership to drive qualified pipeline growth and revenue acceleration including creation of integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, content, advertising) to support sales pipeline growth. Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation performance to improve conversion rates and ROI. Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic accounts. 4. Events & Trade Shows Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, trade shows, seminars, and conferences across the region. Manage booth design, messaging, promotional materials, and on-site logistics. Coordinate technical seminars, webinars, and thought-leadership activities including developing / nurturing speaking opportunities, customer workshops/seminars, and regional roadshows. 5. Market Research & Insights Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, regulatory drives, and competitor positioning within North America markets served. Gather feedback and competitive intelligence to inform messaging, positioning, and sales strategies. 6. Cross-Functional Sales Collaboration Collaborate with sales leadership to provide sales teams with tools, messaging frameworks, and training to effectively position Camlin solutions. Support proposal development with tailored messaging, case studies, and ROI/value narratives. Act as a marketing liaison to support strategic pursuits and key account initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related technical field that includes proven marketing experience. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within utilities, energy systems, industrial technology, or other technical sectors. Demonstrated success in developing regional marketing strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns. Experience managing trade shows, technical events, or industry conferences. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel across the region for events and team meetings (
