POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Content Manager is the creative eye behind everything Zenith publishes. This role decides whether a photo, a post, an ad, or a page looks like Zenith, and gives clear direction when it does not. Outside specialists produce much of the material; this seat sets the standard, reviews what comes back, and keeps every channel looking like one company. This seat blends two skill sets. Half of it is a designer's eye: knowing when something is off and being able to say why. The other half is marketing craft: building a social post start to finish, writing a caption that sounds like Zenith, and knowing what actually lands with the people who hire us. Backgrounds that fit include interior design, staging, photography, and architecture, as well as social, content, and brand marketing. The strongest candidates bring some of both.
