Job Description

FIELD MARKETING MANAGER
You know you're capable of more, prove it. You're driven, competitive, humble, and tired of working hard and getting the same results. At Garcia Painting, we're looking for a peak performer to step into our Field Marketing Manager role. In this role, you'll be going out into our community to meet our neighbors, build relationships, and introduce homeowners to a remarkable painting experience by booking appointments for those looking for this painting experience. As our Field Marketing Manager, you'll also lead a canvassing team, connect with local businesses, attend networking events, place yard signs in our community, capture project stories, and turn community conversations into qualified painting opportunities that lead to strong relationships.
YOUR ROLE
Knock on doors in local neighborhoods and offer free painting estimates Generate 12-15 personally qualified booked appointments each week Hire, lead, and coach 2-3 canvassers Schedule the team, assign neighborhoods, and set the pace in the field Track results, follow up on leads, build community relationships, and support jobsite marketing
OPPORTUNITY & PAY
$23-$25 per hour $60 per personally qualified estimate completed $50 when your personal lead becomes a sold project Strong performers can earn $60+/hour in total compensation
SCHEDULE
Approximately 30 hours per week
