based on experience About Us North Cedar Mercantile is a fast-growing online retail business specializing in western jewelry, accessories, handbags, boutique items, and unique merchandise sold through TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, and live online shopping events. We're looking for an honest, dependable person who wants to grow with a business—not just work a job. The right candidate will eventually become an important part of our brand and may even host TikTok Live shopping shows. Responsibilities Photograph merchandise Create listings for Facebook Marketplace Create and maintain TikTok Shop listings Write engaging product descriptions Organize inventory Keep showroom merchandise neat and organized Package and ship customer orders Monitor inventory levels Learn TikTok Shop Seller Center Assist with customer questions Help prepare for nightly TikTok Live sales Learn how to sell confidently on TikTok Live Eventually host live shopping events independently

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Extremely trustworthy Honest with strong integrity Self-motivated Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers and smartphones Quick to learn new technology Friendly and outgoing Comfortable speaking on camera (or willing to learn) Creative with social media Reliable and punctual Able to work independently without constant supervision Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Facebook Marketplace strong customer service skills TikTok Shop eBay Poshmark Mercari Etsy Shopify Canva Photography Retail sales Live selling or livestreaming Shipping and fulfillment Growth Opportunity . The ideal candidate will become a trusted member of the business and may eventually: Run TikTok Live shows Manage daily operations Help source new merchandise Train future employees Earn bonuses and commissions based on business growth Trust Matters Because this position involves access to valuable merchandise, business systems, and showroom keys, honesty and integrity are absolutely essential. Background checks and references may be required. Schedule Flexible. Part-time to start (15-30 hours/week) with the opportunity to become full-time as the business continues to grow.
