Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and analytically driven leader to shape and expand the company's growth engine in Illinois. This role will focus on identifying the most effective paths to customer acquisition, strengthening go-to-market strategy, and using data, AI, and automation to create measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving ability, thrives in ambiguous environments, and is motivated by building scalable systems that accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine a scalable growth strategy that identifies new customer opportunities and supports long-term revenue expansion.
  • Evaluate market signals, intent data, and performance insights to prioritize the channels and segments most likely to drive pipeline growth.
  • Design demand generation processes that consistently deliver high-value opportunities to the sales organization.
  • Partner on go-to-market planning by shaping positioning, messaging, measurement frameworks, and marketing infrastructure.
  • Apply AI, automation, and modern marketing technology to improve targeting, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Build repeatable systems and operating models that enable the business to execute effectively against larger competitors.
  • Analyze growth performance and translate findings into clear recommendations that improve investment decisions and execution.
  • Challenge existing assumptions with data-backed perspectives and introduce structure to complex or undefined business questions.
