Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners Develop and manager new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking Contact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.
