Executive Directors Positional oversight: Team Members, Team Trainers, Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, Assistant Directors and Directors. Guests Come First Excel in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and making sound business decisions under pressure and in changing situations Build meaningful relationships with our team, schools, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community partners Effectively plans and communicates marketing initiatives that have an impact on day to day operations Owns, follows, models, and ensures team compliance with all Chick-fil-A Training content. Ensure execution following the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy Monitor guest engagement and respond professionally across digital platforms. Passionately Represent the Brand Represent Chick-fil-A Olathe as the Brand Ambassador for inside & outside community events. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with restaurant goals. Oversee in-store marketing materials, displays, and promotional signage. Ensure all marketing initiatives support the restaurant's operational priorities and business objectives. Drive the CFA Brand Strategy through engaging and creative social media posts Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards. Maintain consistency in messaging, visual identity, and guest-facing communications. Keeps information private and confidential pertaining to the business. Serve and Care for Each Other Set team goals, share the score visually, and celebrate the wins. Attends, leads, and participates in Leadership meetings and ensures that daily training is being completed while providing required support, reporting, and communication. Leads a Workgroup. Communicate effectively, share ideas, and take a positive approach in all situations. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Promote restaurant initiatives through consistent internal communication. Identify potential leaders and help them develop and grow both operationally and relationally. Loyal and Dependable Teammate Engages positively in partnership with all other departments (Front of House, Back of House, HR, etc.). Collaborate with Operations, HR, Training, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are operationally successful. Communicate upcoming promotions and campaigns with the Leadership Team. Energetic and self-motivated, willing to actively engage Team Members and contribute to a high-performing Leadership Team. Excel at Execution & Embody our Vision Lead fundraising opportunities, sponsorships, donation requests, and community engagement initiatives. Able to efficiently manage time, multi-tasking, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. Hold Team Members accountable to all policy standards including timeliness, grooming, cell phone usage, uniforms, etc. Plan and execute restaurant events, promotional campaigns, and community initiatives. Coordinate event logistics, communication, staffing support, and post-event evaluations. Research marketing trends and Chick-fil-A best practices. Recommend innovative marketing strategies that improve guest engagement and restaurant growth. Test and evaluate new marketing initiatives for effectiveness. Owns expectations related to brand standards and enforces Chick-fil-A Olathe policies and procedures. Track marketing performance and recommend improvements based on business results. Monitor sales, transaction trends, catering performance, Mobile App engagement, delivery performance, and social media analytics. Present marketing performance updates and recommendations to the Leadership Team. Drive growth in sales, transactions, catering, Mobile App usage, delivery, and community engagement through measurable marketing initiatives.Minimum Requirements:
Preferred 1-2 years of Chick-fil-A Experience Ability to work open, mid, and closing shifts with the hours needed to meet the needs of the business. Saturday is a required workday. (Ex:
as early as 5:00 a.m. or as late as midnight.) Duties, assignments, and schedules are subject to change to meet the needs of the business.
