The Brand Manager is responsible for the marketing strategies development and plans across commercial operations to achieve the financial and market share objectives of the sub-brand under their responsibility. They lead the development of sub-category / brands strategies including innovation grid, brand activations, promotional events, media and 5P strategies, taking into consideration the business dynamics and opportunities. They drive the execution of margin improvement and simplification initiatives within the sub-brand.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Growth:
Own and develop pet parent
  • and veterinarian-targeted growth strategies across sub-brands, species, product forms, and conditions, defining global pricing, portfolio strategies, and competitive benchmarking to secure Senior Management alignment.
Go-to-Market & Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Lead multi-channel marketing, media, and digital strategies utilizing data analytics and consumer/shopper insights to drive market share growth and oversee global rollout campaigns.
Portfolio Optimization & Project Leadership:
Drive global portfolio optimization and commercialization initiatives to align with regional market needs while ensuring continuous business operations and margin improvement.
Performance & Long-Range Planning:
Lead ongoing business analysis across sales, volume, competitive trends, and market share to support Long Lead Planning, Mid-Year Reviews, and annual budget reviews.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership:
Collaborate with large matrixed teams across Insights, Digital, Data & Analytics, Professional Veterinary Affairs, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory/Legal, and regional country teams to execute global brand priorities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in CPG marketing, retail marketing or related experience Brand marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration 2+ years of marketing experience in Animal Healthcare or Human Healthcare Marketing experience in Animal Healthcare or Human Healthcare Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) combined with a proven track record in commercial roles (Sales or Marketing) Prior field experience in clinical detailing to veterinarians or direct management of the professional Veterinary Channel Digital/eComm marketing knowledge (paid search, digital display, social, etc) Knowledge of Retail Environment strategy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $124,000.00
  • $174,000.
00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
