first met many of its guests. This seasonal, early-morning role leads a small team through preparation, setup, service, and breakdown. You will be the point person for a busy outdoor shift and the face of our stand with regulars, market staff, and neighboring vendors. What you'll do Plan product quantities, equipment, supplies, and team assignments before market day. Lead loading, setup, POS readiness, food display, service, and breakdown. Coach the team on warm service, accurate orders, and a clean, organized stand. Monitor food quality, temperatures, sanitation, and safe transport and storage. Track sales, cash, inventory, and waste; report results and needs to restaurant leadership. Handle weather, staffing, or equipment changes calmly and communicate a practical plan. What you bring Availability for early Saturdays during the market season and comfort with outdoor work and physical setup. Experience in a restaurant, market, event, retail, or hospitality setting; team leadership is preferred. Confidence giving direction to a small team while also serving guests yourself. Reliable follow-through, accurate cash handling, and good judgment when plans change.
