What You Can Expect You will own Zoom's field events strategy, designing high-impact experiences that connect buyers with our solutions. You will collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to execute executive dinners, roundtables, and conference sponsorships. You will drive measurable pipeline growth and strengthen customer relationships through every event touchpoint. About the Team We design field marketing moments that accelerate deals and build trust with buyers. Our team collaborates across Sales and Marketing to ensure every event drives pipeline. We fuel Zoom's growth by creating the right connections at the right time. Responsibilities + Owning the field events calendar end-to-end, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring alignment to pipeline targets + Designing and delivering owned events (executive dinners, roundtables, VIP experiences) and third-party conference sponsorships that generate qualified pipeline + Partnering with Sales and SDR teams to drive targeted attendance from priority accounts and connect events to revenue opportunities + Building pre-event and post-event playbooks that drive great attendance rates and consistent sales follow-up + Tracking event performance rigorously (pipeline sourced, cost per opportunity, influenced revenue) and using data to optimize the program over time What We're Looking For + Demonstrate 6+ years of field marketing/event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of running events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue contribution + Plan and execute across multiple event formats: executive roundtables, hosted dinners, large-scale conference sponsorships, and regional meetups + Manage multiple concurrent events without dropping details, with dynamic organizational skills and proactive communication + Collaborate with Sales teams to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and ensure meaningful post-event follow-up + Set event goals, measure outcomes (pipeline sourced, cost per opportunity, influenced revenue), and iterate based on results using a data-driven approach + Bring creative and resourceful problem-solving skills to event formats and deliver memorable experiences within budget + Operate in an ever-changing, high-growth environment where you take ownership and move quickly from strategy to execution + Possess equivalent practical experience in lieu of formal education requirements Salary To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
