Job Description

Grant Thornton is seeking a Field Marketing Associate Director to join the team. Approved office locations can be found below. GTM

+ Serve as the senior Field Marketing advisor to area leaders, identifying growth opportunities and recommending priorities based on business performance, engagement signals, market intelligence, and enterprise direction.

+ Own activation strategy, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation across assigned areas, making clear recommendations on where Field Marketing should invest, scale, optimize, defer, or stop activity based on opportunity, impact, capacity, and enterprise priorities.

+ Translate priorities into coordinated area activation plans and calendars aligned to enterprise direction, ensuring work enters through the single intake model with clear ownership

+ Serve as the Field Marketing point of accountability for the assigned area and strategic priorities, addressing questions related to ownership, prioritization, capacity, cross-functional engagement, execution quality, and activation standards.
