This hands-on, in-office role will oversee property and agent marketing, print and digital materials, branding, email campaigns, events, and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with an eye for design and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table while taking ownership of projects from concept through execution. This role is for a growing an evolving group of top producing real estate agents and will require flexibility, agility, and adaptability. Duties Property & Agent Marketing Develop marketing plans for property launches Coordinate with photographers and other vendors for listing media Attend select listing shoots to capture additional social media content Create branded brochures, feature sheets, postcards, real estate guides, print advertisements, and other marketing collateral Create social media templates agents can use on their personal channels Assist with property remarks and listing-related marketing when needed Develop neighborhood-specific marketing assets, including videos and blogs Help launch and establish marketing for onboarding agents Brand & Creative Direction Help maintain and elevate the brand across digital and print channels Plan and coordinate group photoshoots and branding shoots Create and manage print marketing materials, including business cards, notecards, guides, and promotional pieces Coordinate branded merchandise and swag Develop unique marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives Email, Print & Client Marketing Create and manage email campaigns Develop client engagement and property advertising campaigns Coordinate print advertising with local publications Manage magazine design, timelines, and coordination for participating agents Create group newsletters and other client-facing communications Events & Community Marketing Plan and manage events, including broker opens, holiday events, and client appreciation events Develop collaborations and marketing opportunities with local businesses Coordinate local business visits, speakers, and advertising collaborations Help organize educational and networking events Lead marketing discussions during team meetings and meet quarterly with agents regarding upcoming marketing initiatives Skills Creative and visually minded Comfortable filming and creating social media content using a phone Knowledgeable about Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and current social media trends Experienced with Canva or similar design platforms A strong writer and communicator Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working directly with real estate agents, photographers, vendors, and local businesses Detail-oriented with a strong eye for branding Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift Excited about real estate, marketing, branding, and the Louisville and Southern Indiana community You'll have the opportunity to help shape a growing real estate brand, work with distinctive properties and agents, develop creative campaigns, build relationships throughout the Louisville community, and see your ideas come to life.
