Temporary Property Marketing Manager - AutoCamp

Position Summary

The Temporary Property Marketing Manager provides marketing support during a team member's leave of absence. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is responsible for executing property-level marketing initiatives, supporting local partnerships and events, coordinating content and promotional activities, and ensuring marketing programs continue seamlessly across the portfolio. This role will be a brand steward and executing brand-wide promotions at a localized level. This is a hands-on role focused on execution rather than long-term strategic planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working closely with property operations, sales, food & beverage, and corporate marketing teams. This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately 4 months. Key Responsibilities Property Marketing Support Execute approved marketing initiatives that support occupancy, revenue, events, food & beverage, memberships, and guest engagement.

Manage day-to-day marketing requests from property teams.

Coordinate marketing calendars, promotions, and campaign execution.

Support timely deployment of marketing assets and communications.

Maintain brand standards, be a brand steward locally and execute brand-wide promotions at a localized level. Community Partnerships & Local Engagement Support existing community partnerships and local marketing initiatives.

Coordinate participation in local events, business organizations, tourism partners, and community activities.

Assist with partnership promotions and marketing activations.

Identify and execute local opportunities that increase awareness and visitation. Content & Social Media Execution Support marketing efforts for property events, entertainment, seasonal programming, and special activations.

Coordinate promotional efforts across digital, social media, email, and partner channels.

Work closely with operational teams to promote food & beverage experiences and guest offerings.

Assist with event marketing logistics and campaign execution.

Execute approved social media calendars and content plans at the property level.

Coordinate photography and video needs with corporate marketing teams.

Gather local content, programming updates, and promotional assets for use across marketing channels.

Ensure all marketing materials follow approved brand standards and creative guidelines. Reputation & Local Communications Monitor online reviews and support guest response processes.

Maintain accuracy of Google Business Profiles and local listings.

Assist with local media opportunities and influencer visits.

Help support initiatives that strengthen guest satisfaction and brand perception. Sales & Revenue Support Support marketing efforts related to groups, weddings, meetings, retreats, and special events.

Coordinate marketing materials and promotional assets for sales initiatives.

Assist with lead-generation campaigns and revenue-driving promotions.

Support property-level initiatives during key business periods. Measurement & Reporting

Continuity of marketing operations during the leave period Qualifications & Capabilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

3-5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, hospitality marketing, events, partnerships, or a related discipline.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Background in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, tourism, or experience-driven brands preferred.

Familiarity with social media, content marketing, local partnerships, and event promotion.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.

Detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset.

Appreciation for hospitality, guest experience, design, and community engagement.
