Marketing Director

Arnold Realty Group is looking for a new Marketing Director! You will perform day-to-day marketing activities for our agents and clients including social media management, creative content development (digital and print), community engagement and much more!

Preferred Qualifications:

Social media management experience Video editing skills for reels/tiktoks

Essential Functions:

Create graphics, flyers, and marketing materials using Canva Pro or similar software Manage and maintain social media accounts while staying current on trends and best practices Assist with content creation including reels, videos, and promotional campaigns Navigate MLS systems and update listing information accurately Respond to social media comments and messages professionally Assist with website updates and revisions as needed Help coordinate events, open houses, office activities, and community outreach Maintain office organization, supplies, and general day-to-day support tasks
