It owns the connection between business priorities and commercial activity, making sure the team has the forecasting, tools, and support to win. Resp onsibilities : Lead, coach, and develop account managers across the U.S. building their ability to manage opportunities and stakeholder relationships independently. Set clear priorities, expectations, and MBOs that connect individual performance to business goals. Lead annual, semi-annual, and quarterly planning translating business priorities into commercial goals for the team. Help develop and review commercial service plans and proposals, pricing models, and program opportunities across regions, to accelerate value creation and drive consistency. Act as an escalation point for key customer and account manager needs, removing roadblocks and driving cross-functional alignment. Own the global commercial services revenue forecast and lead U.S. forecasting for plastics, procurement, Intralox parts, and LCS capacity and coverage. Contribute to high-value contract negotiations with customers and integration partners, mitigating risks and optimizing win/win value. Translate key performance indicators, customer feedback and industry trends into practical improvements to service offerings.
