Marketing Manager

OMG's Roofing Products Division is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of high-performance, Factory Mutual-approved products for the commercial roofing industry. We manufacture highly engineered roofing fasteners, insulation adhesives and roof drains and supply other rooftop components including roof mounts. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager is a creative and results-oriented resource supporting and strengthening our brand presence within the commercial roofing industry. This key position collaborates across functions to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement. The Marketing Manager oversees the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, support brand strategy initiatives, and works closely with Sales, Product Management, and New Product Development & Innovation (NPDI) teams to deliver consistent messaging and value-driven marketing programs. This role contributes across digital, traditional, and content marketing channels while helping identify opportunities that support growth and customer success. Brand Positioning Support the development and execution of the brand's identity, voice, and market positioning.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing and brand strategies. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Campaign Development & Execution Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce brand values and support business objectives. Partner with Sales and Product Management to create compelling messaging and marketing materials.

Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data and KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales and NPDI to align marketing initiatives and business goals.

Promote brand awareness and messaging consistency across the organization.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, promotions and customer communications. Customer & Market Insights

Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Leverage data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. Vendor Management

Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, consultants and marketing vendors.

Coordinate project timelines, creative development, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with marketing objectives. Industry Event Management Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in industry trade shows and conferences.

Partner with Sales and Product Management to align trade show objectives with business goals.

Track ROI through lead generation, customer engagement, and post-event follow-up activities.

Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility through industry events and associations. Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; MBA a plus.

5-7 years of marketing experience, including experience in brand management, campaign development, and marketing program execution. Demonstrated success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business growth.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing; experience within construction, roofing, manufacturing, or industrial industries preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.

Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Familiarity with the commercial roofing or building materials industry preferred.

Experience supporting lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.

Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Ability to act in a professional manner with employees and customers. Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and sound judgment. Strong presentation and delivery skills. Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; MBA a plus.
