Help Shape the Next Phase of Growth at Armstrong Advisory Group Armstrong Advisory Group is one of New England's leading independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve financial confidence through fiduciary advice, exceptional client service, and educational outreach. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Director of Growth to lead our client acquisition and business development strategy. This is not a traditional marketing position. This executive leadership role combines strategic marketing, business development, lead generation, brand management, advisor support, and analytics to help drive measurable firm growth. Working directly with senior leadership, you will oversee initiatives that strengthen our market presence, generate qualified prospective clients, and support the continued expansion of our advisory business.   • Develop and execute the firm's sales and marketing strategy.
  • Build integrated campaigns that generate prospective clients across radio, digital marketing, educational seminars, webinars, email, social media, referral programs, and community events.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and client acquisition throughout Greater Boston and New England.
  • Partner with firm leadership to establish annual objectives and key performance metrics. Drive Business Development
  • Optimize the firm's lead generation and sales pipeline.
  • Improve lead conversion through enhanced follow-up processes, CRM automation, and advisor collaboration.
  • Support advisors with business development initiatives that increase new client opportunities.
  • Develop referral and strategic partnership programs with centers of influence and community organizations.
  • Participate in educational workshops, client events, and networking opportunities that strengthen the firm's reputation. Lead Marketing Strategy
  • Oversee the firm's radio advertising, digital marketing, website strategy, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO, social media, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage external media partners, consultants, and vendors.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across every client touchpoint.
  • Guide content creation for educational materials, advertising, and client communications. Measure What Matters You'll own the firm's marketing and growth analytics, including:
  • Leads generated
  • Cost per lead
  • Appointment conversion rates
  • Client acquisition cost
  • Marketing return on investment
  • Referral activity
  • Organic growth
  • Assets under management generated through marketing initiatives You'll provide executive reporting and recommendations that directly influence future business strategy and marketing investment. Lead and Inspire

  • Collaborate closely with advisors, operations, client service, and executive leadership.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For We're seeking a growth-minded leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, sales leadership, or growth strategy.
  • Experience within wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, or another professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated success generating measurable business growth through integrated marketing.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience managing advertising, digital campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across departments.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Wealth management or RIA experience.
  • Familiarity with radio advertising and direct-response marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and marketing automation.
  • FINRA registrations are welcomed but not required.
Pay:
$160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
