Job Description:
Sales & Marketing Analytics Manager Darling Consulting Group (DCG) is a leading national provider of balance sheet and model risk management consulting services and a related suite of online analytical software decision-making tools for banks and credit unions. We are seeking a progressive Sales and Marketing Analytics Manager to be a part of our sales organization to optimize our sales processes, transform our commercial intelligence capability, and accelerate lead generation through data-driven insights. Reporting to DCG's Head of Marketing and collaborating with sales and across all departments, this role acts as the architect of our data-driven pipeline ecosystem, equally balancing data analysis, process/systems architecture, and business strategy to demonstrably turn information into revenue. We seek a critical analytic thinker with outstanding communication skills who is passionate about working with a high-performing sales and marketing team and using data to further business goals. The ideal candidate is equal parts data analyst, process/systems architect, and business strategist.
Responsibilities Data-Driven Lead Generation:
Analyze industry, client, prospect, and buyer intent data to create actionable intelligence to generate leads for the sales team.
Pipeline & Funnel Management:
Proactively uncover whitespace and cross-selling opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts, and identify high-potential targets.
Campaign and Event Optimization:
Work with Salesforce and HubSpot to help initiate and automate strategic marketing campaigns. Execute hands-on event planning, analysis, and coordination across sales channels.
CRM and Technology Platform Power User:
Lead as a power user of DCG's commercial technology. Own CRM hygiene, technology stack optimization, and initiate cross-departmental collaboration to influence go-to-market strategies.
Reporting and KPIs:
Build and deliver regular sales, funnel, opportunity, and campaign metrics reporting. Develop executive dashboards to analyze win/loss trends, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Leverage AI-Powered Tools:
Improve prospect identification, data analysis, reporting efficiency, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements Experience :
5-10+ years of sales and marketing data analysis experience with a proven track record of improving lead generation in a consultative selling environment.
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel proficiency (vlookups, pivot tables), along with strong experience working with CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Data Management:
Expertise in collecting, organizing, and interpreting large datasets, report writing, and utilizing data visualization tools.
Communication:
Outstanding ability to present complex data-insights clearly.
Mindset:
A curious, confident, self-starting critical thinker who thrives in a highly collaborative, values-driven culture.
