Job Description Develop and execute content marketing strategies that support product launches, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth objectives. Own the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates value propositions across target audiences and buyer personas. Produce and manage a wide range of content assets, including product briefs, case studies, white papers, eBooks, blogs, sales enablement materials, videos, webinars, customer stories, and website content. Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to translate technical product capabilities into customer-centric content and business outcomes. Lead go-to-market content development for new product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including battle cards, pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive comparisons, and objection-handling guides. Develop thought leadership content that strengthens brand credibility and positions the company as an industry expert. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify content opportunities, industry trends, and messaging differentiation. Manage editorial calendars and content production workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Optimize content for SEO, digital campaigns, demand generation programs, social media, and website performance. Measure and report on content effectiveness using key performance indicators such as engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, product adoption, and pipeline influence. Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to align content strategies with campaign objectives and customer journeys. Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation across all customer-facing materials. Support analyst relations, public relations, and customer advocacy initiatives through strategic content development. Gather customer feedback and market insights to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and content strategies. Manage external agencies, freelance writers, designers, and content partners when needed to scale content production. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus) 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, content marketing, product marketing capacity ideally with a focus on content 3-5+ years in the engineering & manufacturing industry desired Experience working in a smaller company in a cross functional marketing capacity desired. Marketing Management experience would be a large plus Strong understanding of the industries relevant to our products (e.g., energy, construction, manufacturing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding key marketing objectives. What's on Offer Hybrid onsite west of Boston - 2-3 days per week $120-160k base salary + bonus (salary commensurate with experience) Benefits Opportunity to move up and lead a team
