Job Description
- Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across several brands and businesses.
- Write compelling content for social media, email newsletters, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Design flyers, signage, brochures, digital graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with our outside agency, including website updates and larger creative projects.
- Organize photography and videography for retail stores, properties, products, construction projects, hospitality, and events.
- Assist with planning and promoting community events, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Work directly with business managers and leadership to identify marketing opportunities and business priorities.
- Help maintain each brand's unique voice while ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Stay on top of marketing trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience creating content for social media, including photography and video.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Graphic design experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Creative thinker, who enjoys solving problems and taking initiative.
