This position requires proven, hands-on door-to-door experience. Candidates without prior door-to-door sales or canvassing experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate has successfully worked in a door-to-door environment and has experience leading, training, and motivating a team of door-to-door representatives . This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the challenges of working in the field, knows how to generate appointments through door-to-door marketing, and can teach others how to do the same.
Compensation Base Salary:
$40,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience Bonus and commission opportunities based on team and office performance Opportunities for advancement based on performance and results Responsibilities Lead and manage CRG's door-to-door marketing program. Develop and execute neighborhood canvassing strategies to generate qualified roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling leads. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of door-to-door marketing representatives. Personally participate in door-to-door canvassing and lead by example. Train team members on effective door approaches, communication, appointment setting, handling objections, and homeowner engagement. Establish daily and weekly activity and appointment goals for the team. Monitor individual and team performance and hold team members accountable for results. Provide ongoing coaching, field training, and constructive feedback. Identify high-potential neighborhoods and geographic areas for targeted marketing campaigns. Track canvassing activity, leads, appointments, and results accurately. Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly communicated and followed up on. Help develop additional grassroots and local marketing opportunities that complement door-to-door efforts. Ensure all team members represent CRG professionally and provide a positive homeowner experience. Participate in company meetings, training, and performance reviews. Continuously identify ways to improve team productivity, lead quality, appointment generation, and overall field marketing results. Required Qualifications
DOOR-TO-DOOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. MUST HAVE
proven, hands-on experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing.
MUST HAVE
experience personally knocking doors and generating leads or appointments.
MUST HAVE
experience leading, supervising, training, or managing a team, preferably in a door-to-door environment. Demonstrated ability to generate results through door-to-door marketing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners and team members. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to work in the field. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and operations teams. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in roofing, home improvement, construction, or other residential services. Experience managing a high-performing door-to-door team. Experience with lead generation and appointment setting. Bilingual proficiency, particularly English/Spanish. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced door-to-door professional who has progressed into a leadership role . They understand that successful field marketing requires more than managing from an office—they must be willing and able to get in the field, knock doors, demonstrate the process, coach their team, and hold people accountable for results. We are looking for someone who has actually done the job , knows how to generate opportunities at the door, and can teach a team to consistently do it at a high level. Candidates without verifiable door-to-door experience will not be considered.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
