Our mission is to foster feelings of family, professionalism, and trust with every customer interaction. Summary We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Bel Air MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission of trust and quality service. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Supervise field marketers, offering coaching and feedback to help them achieve performance objectives.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and accurate communication of the company's mission and values.
  • Develop a weekly field marketing plan, outlining targeted neighborhoods and setting daily visit goals.
  • Analyze daily and weekly lead generation reports, propose actions to enhance performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members and provide ongoing training on new marketing initiatives and existing programs.
  • Responsibly operate the company's field marketing vehicle, traveling to and from designated neighborhoods.
  • Recruit, interview, and hiring field marketing team members .
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record for the past 5 years.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of driving experience is required.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required.
  • A minimum of one year of management experience is required.
Physical Requirements This role involves working predominantly outdoors. The physical demands of this position include standing for extended periods, engaging with potential customers and interacting with the public. Operating various equipment and moving around public spaces will be necessary to fulfill certain tasks. Additionally, there may be a requirement to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
