This role is responsible for supervising sales and marketing, social media, developing referral relationships, managing the resident inquiry process, and ensuring prospective residents and their families experience exceptional customer service throughout the decision-making journey. The ideal candidate is an outgoing professional with a passion for senior living, strong leadership abilities, organizational skills and a proven track record of sales success. Key Responsibilities Lead the community's sales and marketing efforts. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service. Conduct tours and discovery meetings with prospective residents and families. Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting using CRM systems. Represent the community at networking events and public outreach activities. Manage social media content, digital marketing efforts, and advertising initiatives in collaboration with organizational resources. Ensure prospective residents and families receive compassionate guidance throughout the transition process. Collaborate with senior team to facilitate smooth move-ins. Maintain strong customer satisfaction and resident engagement through effective communication and follow-up. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Licensure/Certifications:
Current State of Maine Licensed in Nursing, Social Work, Public Relations or related field
Experience:

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $97,177.60 to $131,497.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
