Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to support a respected law firm in Southfield, Michigan. This Long-term Contract position will shape brand visibility, expand client engagement, and help drive business growth through integrated marketing and business development efforts. The role works closely with attorneys and firm leadership to deliver compelling campaigns, strengthen market presence, and promote the firm's services with consistency and impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Guide the firm's marketing direction by building a consistent brand presence across digital, print, and client-facing communication channels.
  • Create and refine content that showcases legal capabilities, industry knowledge, attorney insights, and the value delivered to clients.
  • Manage website messaging, attorney profiles, practice descriptions, and other promotional materials to ensure they reflect approved branding and positioning.
  • Oversee social media activity and editorial planning, including initiatives that raise attorney visibility and support thought leadership goals.
  • Track campaign and engagement performance using analytics, then recommend adjustments that improve reach, response, and overall effectiveness.
  • Work alongside attorneys and leadership to advance business development priorities through targeted marketing strategies and growth-focused initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality proposals, pitch decks, presentation materials, and other collateral used in client development opportunities.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities for outreach and expansion.
  • Partner with leadership and HR on recruiting-related marketing efforts that strengthen employer branding and attract strong legal talent.
  • Support internal and external communications that reinforce firm culture, highlight employee engagement, and encourage collaboration across practice areas.
