Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to oversee the administration and optimization of the organization's customer relationship and marketing automation tools in Eagan, Minnesota. This role will help strengthen user adoption, improve data integrity, and deliver reporting that supports sales performance and business planning. The position works closely with sales, marketing, IT, and other internal teams to streamline processes, support end users, and increase the overall value of the platform across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administration of the company's CRM and marketing automation environment, including user setup, access levels, security settings, and system configuration.
- Create and refine dashboards, workflows, alerts, reports, and related system features to support sales and marketing operations.
- Provide onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing user support while maintaining clear reference materials and process documentation.
- Review platform usage trends, identify gaps in adoption, and work with business leaders to encourage consistent and effective system use.
- Maintain high-quality data by auditing records, resolving duplicates or inaccuracies, and supporting data imports and cleanup efforts.
- Develop reporting and performance metrics related to pipeline activity, lead progression, forecasting, campaign tracking, and user engagement.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to improve lead routing, account visibility, opportunity management, and activity tracking.
- Coordinate testing for system enhancements, integrations, updates, and new functionality, and assist with rollout and issue resolution.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders, prioritize improvement opportunities, and support initiatives involving platform implementation, migration, or broader deployment efforts.
