About the Role Eyesafe is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead the company's marketing strategy and personally drive execution across our global B2B partner ecosystem and the Eyesafe brand. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role for a versatile marketer who can move fluidly between strategy, partner marketing, product positioning, communications, content, digital, events, and sales enablement. supporting consumer electronics manufacturers, accessories companies, channel partners, retailers, and other organizations that license, integrate, co-brand, or sell Eyesafe technology. You will equip partners and the Eyesafe commercial team with the narratives, launch programs, assets, and campaigns that support sell-in, sell-through, category leadership, and revenue growth. This is not a role that only directs agencies. The successful candidate will set priorities, create important work personally, lead external resources, and build a disciplined marketing operating rhythm in a fast-moving environment. What You'll Own Marketing Strategy and Leadership- Translate company growth priorities into an annual and quarterly marketing plan with clear audiences, initiatives, budgets, owners, and success measures.
- Define and continuously sharpen Eyesafe's positioning, messaging architecture, category narrative, audience segmentation, and channel strategy.
- Advise executive leadership on brand, go-to-market strategy, partner activation, communications, and market opportunities.
- Own the marketing budget and operating plan; prioritize investments based on commercial impact and measurable outcomes.
- Lead agencies, freelancers, vendors, and cross-functional contributors while maintaining a high bar for quality, consistency, speed, and accountability. OEM, Partner, and Channel Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the senior marketing lead for Eyesafe's OEM, technology, accessories, retail, and channel partners.
- Develop scalable partner programs and co-marketing toolkits, including launch playbooks, brand guidelines, packaging and claims support, product one-pagers, sales decks, digital assets, retail materials, and training content.
- Plan and coordinate co-branded product launches, joint announcements, campaigns, partner events, retail programs, and account-specific initiatives.
- Support the sales and business development teams with materials for pipeline development, strategic accounts, RFPs, customer meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations.
- Protect consistent use of the Eyesafe brand, certifications, technical claims, and partner messaging across markets and channels. Product, Category, and Go-to-Market Marketing
- Lead go-to-market planning for new technologies, product platforms, certifications, research findings, and category initiatives.
- Turn technical, scientific, and claims-sensitive information into clear value propositions for executives, partners, sales teams, retailers, and consumers.
- Build market-facing proof through case studies, research summaries, customer stories, sales tools, competitive insights, and thought leadership.
- Partner with product, engineering, clinical, legal, sales, and leadership teams to align positioning, claims, launch readiness, and commercialization priorities. Brand, Communications, and Digital
- Own the Eyesafe brand identity, voice, messaging, and visual standards across all touchpoints.
- Lead eyesafe.com strategy and content, including SEO, conversion pathways, partner visibility, resource organization, and ongoing optimization.
- Set and execute an integrated content calendar spanning social media, email, newsletters, blog content, case studies, white papers, video scripts, presentations, and product education.
- Lead public relations, media outreach, award submissions, analyst and industry relations, executive communications, and major company announcements.
- Build executive and company thought leadership around digital wellness, display health, light science, innovation, research, and industry standards. Events and Marketing Operations
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for CES and other industry events, including experience design, partner activations, meeting collateral, demonstrations, communications, and follow-up campaigns.
- Create practical systems for asset management, campaign planning, content approvals, agency workflows, partner requests, and launch readiness.
- Use CRM, analytics, marketing automation, web, social, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, consistency, personalization, and measurement.
- Establish a concise performance dashboard covering partner activation, campaign engagement, content performance, digital growth, sales enablement, earned media, and contribution to commercial priorities. What Success Looks Like

- The company maintains a reliable cadence of strong content, announcements, campaigns, events, and executive thought leadership without adding unnecessary complexity. What We're Looking For
- 8-12 years of progressive marketing experience, including substantial ownership of strategy and execution across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Strong B2B marketing experience; consumer electronics, technology licensing, ingredient branding, health technology, optical, accessories, display, retail, or channel experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading OEM, strategic partner, channel, or co-marketing programs with complex stakeholders.
- Strong product marketing and go-to-market capability, including positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and commercialization support.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to move from technical evidence to an executive narrative, partner pitch, consumer headline, press release, or sales tool.
- Comfort working with scientific research, technical claims, certifications, legal review, or other claims-sensitive marketing environments.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, events, and multiple simultaneous priorities with limited internal resources.
- Working proficiency with modern marketing tools, including CMS and web platforms, email, social management, CRM and marketing automation, analytics, presentation tools, and design collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
- Commercial judgment and the ability to connect marketing work to partner value, sales priorities, revenue opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
- Based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro or willing to relocate, with regular in-person work at Eyesafe's Eden Prairie office. Leadership Profile
