We're in expansion mode and building a high-performing door-to-door team to generate consistent leads and drive growth. Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to help build, train, and lead our canvassing team. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to quickly grow into a full-time leadership position based on performance. This is a hands-on role — you will be actively involved in door-to-door efforts while managing the team. You will play a key role in: Recruiting and hiring new reps Training team members on our proven systems Managing daily operations of the door-to-door team Driving consistent lead generation through door-to-door efforts Responsibilities Identify and plan high-potential neighborhoods for canvassing Recruit, hire, and onboard new door-to-door reps Train reps on scripts, approach, and company standards Run daily team meetings and weekly 1-on-1s Track leads, performance, and results Hold team members accountable to goals Lead from the front when needed (knocking doors alongside team) Training & Trial Period 2-week paid training period at $18/hour During this time, you will: Learn our door-to-door system and script Demonstrate leadership and communication skills Show ability to generate results At the end of 2 weeks: Successful candidates → promoted to Manager role Unsuccessful candidates → not retained What We're Looking For Strong communication and leadership skills Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors Ability to lead and motivate a team Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus (not required) Organized and able to track performance metrics Growth Opportunity This is not just a job - it's an opportunity to build and lead your own team within a growing company.
