The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analysis, and business intelligence tools. As a Research Manager, you will oversee the design, execution, and interpretation of market research projects, ensuring actionable insights are delivered to support strategic planning, marketing efforts, and business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth through rigorous research and innovative data storytelling. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive market research projects utilizing advanced statistical analysis, survey design, and data collection techniques to gather relevant insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software to communicate findings effectively. Analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, SAS, or SPSS to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and business units to align research objectives with organizational goals. Conduct A/B testing and web analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to evaluate campaign performance and user behavior. Present research findings clearly through reports and visualizations that support data storytelling for diverse audiences. Support business development initiatives by providing insights into market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis software, statistical methods, and emerging analytics tools to continuously enhance research capabilities. Requirements Proven experience in market research or data analysis roles with a focus on quantitative methods and statistical software such as SPSS or SAS. Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting dashboards. Strong skills in programming languages such as R and Python for data manipulation and analysis. Extensive knowledge of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for tracking digital engagement metrics. Expertise in SQL databases for data extraction and management from large datasets. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights through effective storytelling techniques. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and marketing analytics to optimize campaigns. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments on strategic planning initiatives. Strong understanding of statistical analysis for research purposes including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and descriptive statistics.
