Micro Market Manager:

This is a hands-on position. The micro market manager is responsible for filling and maintaining our Micro Markets (mini-convenience stores) . The manager is responsible for managing two employees, rotating out products that are not selling, product rotation, cleaning the equipment, verifying freshness of product, shopping for products and meeting other customer needs. Role:

You'll oversee the employees involved in our Micro-markets, manage inventory and merchandising, drive profitability, and ensure operational excellence—all while leading by example and cultivating a safe, welcoming environment for our customers.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (i.e. convenience store or comparable management experience). Strong leadership skills. ServSafe Certification Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Comfortable managing cash handling. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Computer system proficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation.
