This individual will welcome clients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, maintain showroom displays, assist customers with product selections, and follow up on leads and estimates. The position also includes active sales outreach to local contractors, builders, remodelers, real estate professionals, and other community partners. The Front Desk Manager will introduce Mountain Dream Living's products and services, build referral relationships, invite professionals to visit the showroom, and attend local networking events. Additional responsibilities include creating social media content, promoting showroom events and products, responding to online inquiries, and helping maintain the company's website and Google Business Profile. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, dependable, sales-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers and industry professionals. Experience in sales, marketing, construction, real estate, design, or building materials is preferred but not required.
Compensation and schedule will be based on experience. Commission or performance-based incentives are available in addition to hourly pay.
