Job Description

Company Overview Savvy STR Agents is rapidly growing their network of nationwide agents. We're known for fast response times, high standards, and a client-first approach that turns inquiries into confident next steps. Our culture is proactive, metrics-driven, and team-oriented—if you like a clear scoreboard, strong coaching, and work that directly impacts results, you'll fit in well. The Mission Savvy is the #1 short-term rental real estate team in the country, and our founder's voice is one of our biggest growth assets. This role owns the daily execution and growth of Savvy's social presence across our company brands and Tyler Coon's personal brand — turning our activity, expertise, agent wins, STR education, events, listings, and leadership voice into consistent, high-quality content. This is not a Canva-and-scheduling role. Social media at Savvy is a growth engine: it builds trust, drives agent attraction, supports lead generation, and positions Tyler and Savvy as national leaders in STR real estate. The right person is part content strategist, part brand manager, part project manager, part storyteller, and part recruiter-marketer. What You'll Do Own and grow CEO's personal brand — turning his ideas, voice notes, webinars, trainings, and event moments into founder posts, short-form video, hooks, captions, and carousels that sound like him, not corporate copy Build and run the monthly content calendar across Savvy brands — tied to recruiting, STR education, listings, events, webinars, trips, and partnerships — and publish consistently without being reminded Write captions, hooks, scripts, carousels, and post copy; edit reels and short-form video; create branded graphics in Canva Package content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Repurpose long-form content — webinars, podcasts, Zoom trainings, live events — into many platform-ready assets, and keep footage, approvals, and post dates organized in one system Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions; flag recruiting leads, client inquiries, and partnership opportunities to the right team member the same day Support campaigns: Savvy Summit, top producer trips, agent recruiting pushes, STR webinars, market and listing launches, and campaigns across our insurance, lending, and 1031 exchange verticals Report monthly on follower growth, engagement, reach, video views, content output, and lead signals — and recommend pivots based on what the numbers say Required Qualifications Strong copywriting skills — hooks, captions, scripts, and founder-style posts Short-form video editing experience Experience managing social media for a business, founder, real estate brand, agency, coaching brand, or growth-focused company Canva (or similar) proficiency and strong visual judgment Fluency across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Business Suite Proven ability to run a content calendar and meet deadlines without reminders Ability to manage multiple brands without confusing the message Comfort working with a fast-moving founder/CEO — you handle feedback well and revise quickly Preferred Qualifications Local to the Asheville, NC office Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary $65,000 - $85,000 Benefits Paid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days Schedule Full-time, Hybrid or Remote with Event Travel
