Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Programs Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations, performance tracking, and optimization of contractor-facing loyalty, incentive, and engagement programs targeted towards the contractor and builder customer segments, while serving as the primary marketing point of contact for large strategic accounts.
Your main objective will be to drive program participation and engagement that builds customer loyalty and sales growth, while developing business solutions for our largest strategic partners in the new construction, repair, and remodel industries. Additionally, you will play a vital role in customer advocacy, lead nurturing, contractor/builder collateral strategy and supporting training and engagement events. The successful candidate will work closely with the field sales team and strategic account managers to implement effective pull strategies.
Develop and deploy enrollment strategies to increase program membershipManage contractor onboarding, enrollment, and field enablement related to the program, in partnership with Field Sales teams.
Build out customer benefit sets that drive program advantage amongst competitor programsCollaborate with Marketing and Sales on contractor promotions and incentives that drive product adoption and share of wallet.
Equip field teams with program training, onboarding guides, and promotional tools to drive contractor awareness and participation.
Support the launch and adoption of field initiatives tied to the loyalty platform, including contractor education events and targeted campaigns.
Contractor Growth Strategy ExecutionBuild out the nurture strategy for driving trial and conversion of contractor prospectsDevelop selling tools and conversion incentives for sales team executionDesign and execute the event strategy for contractor events, including national and regional trade shows, distributor eventsServe as the dedicated marketing point of contact for large strategic contractor accountsStay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and marketing initiativesDeliver monthly reporting on all programsContractor Data Management and InsightsBuild segmented contractor data sets used for promotions, eligibility, and targeted communication. Define insights by segment.
Leverage program analytics to disseminate data insights into the business. Support Field teams with localized contractor data and territory action plans.
Partner with IT, Vendors, and Data teams to optimize contractor data & insightsBuilder Program ManagementDevelop pitch decks in collaboration with the sales team for national and regional builder opportunities, annual meetingsDevelop selling tools (brochures, sell sheets, image libraries, etc.) to support the builder channel in new opportunity acquisitionSupport homeowner facing design centers and cobranded homeowner campaigns for large strategic builder accountsDevelop and scale multi-home incentive programs that reward builder usage and product preference. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field2 years+ Experience managing loyalty or credentialing programs5+ years experience in marketing roles focused on pull strategies and engagement initiatives with trades audiencesUnderstanding of the new construction, repair and remodel industries, and contractor and builder segments preferredProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives, including managing key account relationshipsProficiency in marketing tools and software applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentAdditional InformationThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 -$120,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
