Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager - Retail Marketing to lead product strategy, marketing, customer engagement, and go-to-market initiatives for a retail-focused mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage omnichannel marketing initiatives across mobile, digital, and retail channels to increase product adoption, engagement, and revenue. Own the product lifecycle from concept and launch through ongoing enhancement, ensuring the product continues to deliver measurable customer and business value. Define and monitor key metrics including conversion, engagement, adoption, retention, customer behavior, and category/product performance. Use insights to continuously optimize the product and marketing strategy. Develop sales playbooks, training materials, product messaging, and customer-facing collateral tailored to retail stakeholders, buyers, and business users. Develop programs and strategies that strengthen retailer and customer relationships while improving the overall product experience across mobile, digital, and physical retail channels. Identify opportunities to increase adoption, expand market share, improve profitability, and develop new revenue streams through product and marketing initiatives. Present product strategy, performance, insights, and recommendations to senior business stakeholders and drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Good to have:
10+ years of overall experience, with minimum 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in retail/ e-commerce for omnichannel marketing. Strong understanding of the retail industry, including customer journeys, retail operations, merchandising, digital commerce, and omnichannel experiences. Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, product roadmaps, positioning, prioritization, and go-to-market initiatives. Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement strategies. Experience working with large retailers, retail technology platforms, or e-commerce organizations. Experience using product and customer analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions. MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Technology, or a related field is a plus. Experience with omnichannel retail, loyalty, personalization, promotions, or customer engagement platforms.
